GOAL:

The goal was to create branded merchandise that was bold, interesting, and something employees would feel excited to wear in celebration of their time with the company. We didn't want it to feel like company merch, but rather something expressive and fun that employees could feel proud to wear.

For the Two Year Anniversary T-Shirt, we referenced our German heritage in the phrasing, while using an illustration of the famous Coco, the pet of the company's founder. Coco is a staple at the Staffbase Headquarters in Chemnitz, Germany.

For the 5 Year Anniversary Sweater design, we referenced a famous German phrase "Da steppt der Bär" which literally translates to "Where the bear dances" but is used to describe places you are guaranteed to have a good time.
